A small organic canteen ideal for breakfasts, lunches, aperitifs and dinners. Around the gourmet vegetables Veronica prepares a series of dishes (soups, salads, vegetarian stews) while Julien, an elder of Sciences-Po, is the specialist of the old-fashioned ham-butter-butter-gherry pickle - the only one in France -, organic eggs-mayo and a broth of rare and organic vegetables in the traditional way. To accompany only organic drinks: cider, wines, beers, water syrups, fresh fruit juices, and bottled fruit juices.
