In a hangar converted into a shop, Valérie has kept the soul of this cider house that was created a few years ago. It was first exclusively dedicated to fruit and then to vegetables. Everything is 100% natural. The apple is of course in the spotlight: a dozen varieties of apples and the great classics such as cider or cider vinegar. For originality, choose cider jelly or pommeau (apple brandy mixed with apple juice). Apple juice is a delight because it is made up of a subtle blend of four varieties. Valérie also offers fruit juices made from kiwi, pear or seasonal fruit juices. It is present on the Quays market on Sundays.
