The mountain cradle of Morbier cheese honors its ashy-hearted specialty with an informative and festive event.
Over two days, the village pays tribute to its famous cheese with an ashy heart, and a competition is held to reward the best morbier of the year! Numerous festivities enliven the streets: demonstrations of the old-fashioned and artisanal production of morbier cheese, catering, donkey rides, a market of regional products, cooking workshops... About fifty craftsmen and professionals are present and to end this festive time in beauty, the gourmets gather around a "dancing morbiflette" which prolongs the party late into the night.
