LE JULIANA
At the beginning of 2015 Julia and Nathan Vincent, aged 25 and 19, took over the stewardship of the Feu Bar, an emblematic bistro facing the cathedral. After several weeks of work and the sale of the family home, brother and sister realized the dream conveyed to them by their father Thomas Vincent: open a bar. Renamed Juliana, coffee is now a real neighborhood bistro where you can cross and enjoy a drink in the summer, terrace or hot chocolate in the room in the winter. The bar does not make any restoration, but it puts knives and cutting boards at disposal if the envy takes you to taste cold meats and/or regional cheeses sold at Patroller du Comtois, the nearby grocery store. A charming address to refresh after a hike on the heights of St. Claude or to recreate the world among friends!
