One might rightly wonder why a casino should be located in the middle of the Haut Jura Regional Nature Park. Saint-Laurent-en-Grandvaux enjoys the status of a health resort, which, like spas, is entitled to have a gaming establishment. It was only natural that the JOA Group should decide to set up its 33rd "new generation" casino there: the Casino de Saint-Laurent-en-Grandvaux. The group is already well established in BFC, with seven casinos. Here, the architecture is resolutely contemporary, yet combines the noble materials of the region: wood and stone. After 17 months of construction work, the new 2000m2 casino offers a wide range of gaming facilities, 50% of which are non-gaming. The latter are of course present, with no fewer than 75 slot machines, complemented by traditional table games. A "Bistronomique" restaurant with a chic, elegant and cosy decor, serving refined dishes with a regional flavour. Weather permitting, a beautiful terrace offers a view of the meadows, the wilderness characteristic of the Jura Mountains. The originality of this Casino is that it is open to all publics and inter-generational, apart from the gaming room for which an identity card is required. Shows and entertainment punctuate the life of this leisure complex, where you can play, dine or have lunch, and have fun.
It's a place that changes the way you look at the world of casinos, and offers a leisure center as a real destination for outings, if only for a drink in the lounge bar. A beautiful establishment to discover.
