LE VIEUX RELAIS
Christophe Nguyen van Khang made his arms in the Franche-Comté region, particularly at the Hoof's Hoof before travelling France to perfect techniques and creativity. For a few years, he has been installed with his charming companion Karine, and makes the pleasure of the gourmands passage with a kitchen that does not necessarily have the two feet firmly anchored in the regional land. Christophe has a few trips here and there, and that's what we enjoy in his Old Relais, and we keep a pretty memory of a fish roast and served with white butter, a classic beef fillet in the Foie gras and a pleasant hot-froid of rhubarb and apricot.
