The chef, Bernard Treil, has a personal touch in the warm and contemporary setting of the establishment's restaurant. The card is certainly standardised Novotel but it changes twice in the year and offers daily dishes to choose from the "chef market". For the rest, besides the classic brasserie style - Caesar salad, beef tartar, omelet, etc. - the planchas to compose offer a wide choice of meat or fish, upholstery and sauces. A friendly formula whose cooking preserves flavours… Close to bar & restaurant, and free access: business corner, XBOX, Kinect, comic space and sports events.
