It cannot be said that Japanese restaurants are very numerous in eastern France and Belfort is no exception. However, in the summer of 2012, a Japanese restaurant opened in front of the railway station: The. It is open almost all the time (except Sunday lunchtime) and late in the evening (23 h). The hotel offers a wide choice of Japanese specialities, classic: Sushi, sashimi, yakitori, grilled skewers… in menu formula - served with soup, salad and rice - or à la carte, on which it is indicated «dishes prepared on order». We appreciate the free delivery (above 20 euros) in a fairly wide radius and the 88,88 euros menu that could feed an Asian family for a week… To your chopsticks!

On peut commander à emporter ou livraison mais en livraison c'est long et trop peu de sauce soja fournie.
Le poisson est frais ce qui n'est pas le cas des yakitoris qui sont décongelées.

cuisine correct, prix plutôt élevé mais on est content qu'il existe ;)
