LE RELAIS DES FORGES
Zinc from this small neighborhood bistro that does not pay a mine, some used in front of a beer. The decor is planted. The patronne welcomes you with a great smile and a few nice words. You borrow yourself and choose from the few traditional specialities of slate: duck in sauce, guts at Caen fashion, assiette plate, omelet… We would have liked to taste the famous forest crust (bad, it was on order) made with mushrooms that the owner will even pick in her secret corners and which she is not very proud of. Here, homemade eating is served at any time. To finish your meal, you will be offered cumin munster with cumin alcohol or seasonal pie. A friendly address without a real culinary claim where the cooked duck we were served, seemed boiled, saveur and unfortunately did not live up to our expectations!
