PUB & BRASSERIE AU BUREAU
Star hotel with a menu of typical Anglo-Saxon dishes concocted from gourmet cuisine.
After Mulhouse and many other cities, Au Bureau chooses Belfort and its beautiful 4-star hotel to try to allure the Francs-Comtois! The strong point of the franchise is that it can receive guests from noon until late at night! In Belfort, the last service is at 10pm. Another strong point, its decorum largely inspired by Anglo-Saxon pubs, the subdued, chic, London atmosphere guaranteed! All or almost all people know it, you can find many common attributes in the franchised restaurants whether it's the decor, the opening hours or the menu. But what generally make the difference are the management and the dining-room team. We were lucky during our test since indeed, the friendliness and the professionalism met expectations! You may say: after the menu? It conceals many suggestions ranging from Anglo-Saxon typical dishes such as the royal welsh or the famous fish & chips via some Alsatian flammekueches, without forgetting a ham of roasted Haut-Doubs! Obviously, the heart of cooking is red, red like the beef meat which comes in all its forms: burgers, tartares and other steaks and skewers. The cuisine stands even if it doesn't necessarily represent Belfort and its excellent gastronomy. The car park is easy and it is a true friendly place.

Nous y sommes déjà allés plusieurs fois et jamais déçus.
La salade : les tomates pas mûres, la salade verte du papier mâché.
Le plat: sec, la cuisson de la viande "saignante" trop cuite ????
