Visit of the Cravanche cave
Tourist office organizing visits to discover the caves of Cravanche, and the species of bats.
Located on the same name (or rather under it!), the caves of Cravanche are classified "Monumental Site of natural character". Their access is limited to the Heritage Days and guided tours on request at the Tourist Office. They are expected to be more numerous (we talk about once a month) from this year following the major work that has been undertaken by the municipality for 15 years. There were species of protected bats, as well as traces of human occupation dating from the Neolithic (of the bones, found when the cave was discovered). Some of the everyday objects that were also buried under the surface of the earth are now exposed to the Musée d'Histoire de Belfort.
