In this workshop the sugar takes shape and life ! The sugar arts workshop is a bit of the aerobatic of the pastry, an absolutely inspiring work of goldsmith! It is a place where work fades in the face of passion, and where the notion of time loses. Stéphane Klein and his trainees sometimes only come to the first lueurs of the day, happy to have completed their masterpiece of sugar… Multicolores clowns, animals of all kinds, funny or serious characters… The finesse of these works of art can only impress !
The Workshop welcomes trainees who wish to be trained in the techniques of blown sugar or paint on gassing ! The only problem : impossible to taste !
