COURS DES HALLES
We find this small shop, like a small market, at the end of the Faubourg de France, facing the station. We love to turn around before deciding for a beautiful fennel that will turn into crunchy salad sprinkled with organic lemon, fountains of fountains or a beautiful batavian. There are all vegetables and fruit in the season, from local sources. The rayons and charcuterie of the land are very accommodating, like the vendors, so many small bees who whirring in their hive. Fine grocery products complement your shopping cart: jams, honey, condiments and small sweets. The place is small, as we said, which makes it its charm, we discuss with the regulars, exchange advice and recipes, a place with a human face and the market.
