Since 2013, Franck and Rémi welcome you to the Guest in a contemporary and friendly setting to taste their traditional French cuisine, prepared mainly based on products from local, organic and fresh trade. The meat is thus provided by the artisan Jérôme Babé, butcher-delicatessen-caterer, who only works from raw materials selected from local producers, and whose brand is located opposite! The dishes are home-made and their freshness guarantees the originality of the flavours… As you will understand, the quality of the products and the pleasure of the customer are the watchwords here. The location of the restaurant, which is somewhat eccentric in the centre of the Belfortaine urban area, allows you to be quiet and fully savour what is on your plate! In the beautiful days you can enjoy the pleasant terrace with seats. Inside, you have access to the very bright first level and then to the large room, all decorated in a modern way in a simple colour - black, white, grey and a touch of red. Note also: a map of evolutionary wines, most of which are proposed for glass.

Une carte proposant des plats régionaux. On peut regretter l'absence de vins du Jura sur la carte pour accompagner des plats comme les filets de truite au vin jaune. Un peu cher. Cela reste une bonne adresse.
