Zeiger is a technician who ficèle his plates brilliantly, respecting the product without escort of multiple flavors that sometimes serve no purpose. To convince you, you can enjoy asparagus with an emulsion in the old county and country ham, and then the crisp palm foot, roasted corn cream and tétragone shoots. In dessert, we favour sweet transparency to mango, sherbet to the fruit of passion. Everything is in the name.
