2 km from the top of the Ballon d'Alsace, the Chaumière is a former border guard post. You will be welcomed there with simplicity and conviviality by Delphine and Nicolas. Originally Belfortains, they took over this restaurant-brewery in January 2014 and offer traditional regional cuisine: tartiflette, munsterifette, Croatian gratin, Morteau and cancoillotte sausage, Luxeuil ham... A good address at the foot of the slopes for a pleasant and warm moment where you can enjoy the terrace in summer and the fireplace in winter.

Si seulement certains serveurs ou propriétaires pouvaient aller y faire un stage pour apprendre la serviabilité ! Nous y retournerons c'est certain !
