On the winding road of the Alsace balloon in full nature, "Le Saut de la Trout" is an invitation to rest. As of 1903, the location is a popular resort. Since 2011, the "Trout Jump" is meant to be a "Wellness Hostellerie", with its concept "coaching" to a luxury guest house.
