LE COOKOVIN
Opened in October 2014, this new restaurant offers local cuisine and brasserie, and a semi-gastronomic kitchen in the evening. In a contemporary setting, you will enjoy the home dishes of Frédéric Pastorino, who previously kept the Capuchin people in Belfort. After 28 years of experience in France, Great Britain, Switzerland and Ireland, from the simple bistro to the gastro-star, the chef prepares traditional European cuisine with the accents of the land, technical respect and seasons to serve the fait. Every lunchtime, the market menu changes. In the Cookovin, which blends French and English names, fish & chips and the cheesecake side dishes of home… A small board, parking at the long-term car park, in front of the restaurant. It supports the cost of the ticket at the end of the meal.
