FERME ALTENBACH
Since 1985, Dominique has been raising ducks in this typical little village in the south of the Territoire de Belfort, on the border of Sundgau and Switzerland. He then prepares duck-based products: semi-cooked duck foie gras, canned foie gras, blocks of semi-cooked or canned foie gras, as well as magret, saucisson, terrines, rillettes... You can find all his products at the farm, as well as at the Ferme du Bien-Manger in Argiésans (90), the épicerie des halles in Delle (90), the Coin Gourmand in Riquewihr (68) and the magasin du Paysan in Kaysersberg (68).
