GREAT CHRISTMAS ORNITHOLOGICAL RESERVE
A bird sanctuary with 210 species of birds, including coots, moorhens, scaups, great cormorants, and grey herons.
It is a pond of national interest of 65 hectares, located on an important migratory corridor, at the confluence of the Eure, the Andelle and the Seine. Nearly 210 species of birds, coots, moorhens, scaups, great cormorants, grey herons and great crested grebes, not to mention gulls, can be seen here. The naturalists of the Norman Ornithological Group organise outings at the time of migration. The reed bed is suitable for nesting; it is a refuge and a food source.
