LE MOULIN

Cultural centre of the city of Bernay, Le Moulin is a mixture of media library and toy library installed in a mill with 19th-century architecture and in a concrete and glass extension. Modern, connected but still traditional, the place aims to open culture to all: conferences and debates, public readings, music, video, digital, games... Here you have access to everything, and each activity has its own space so that everyone can find their place. Holders of the Culture Card are entitled to free admission.
