Modelled on the Louvre, this museum houses artistic and historical collections on two levels. There’s a room dedicated to the decorative arts collection, as well as paintings by the Italian and Northern schools, casts of Mesopotamian inscriptions and sculptures, prehistoric and Gallo-Roman collections, and numerous relics of local history. This lively museum organises temporary exhibitions, shows and activities for young and old alike: themed tours, lectures and discovery games.
