Stop and admire the stunning scenery from this esplanade! On the left, the Normandy Bridge, grandiose and graceful; on the right, the Tancarville Bridge and its imposing structure. Welcome to the one and only maritime municipality in the Eure! Located just before the place where the Risle flows into the Seine, the commune is officially located by the sea since an order from Napoleon. It is from this city that some of the tall ships departed during the Armada, following the meanders of the Seine until reaching the estuary.
