In the centre of Conches, this former post relay is a typical Norman residence dating back to the nineteenth century. Mario Mathoux offers traditional, tasty cuisine, rich in seasonal products, that he adapts with a touch of originality. Enjoy the homemade duck-like liver terrine, the langoustine cracks, the veal intern and Tatin Tatin, or the supreme chicken valley of Auge. The house also offers 13 renovated rooms, two of them on the ground floor for people with reduced mobility, and a room for ceremonies, banquets and seminars that can accommodate up to 100 people.
