A stone’s throw from the ruins of the castle, the Auberge du Donjon took place in the 13th-century residence of a former glassmaker. The chef, a former student of Guy Savoy, offers a classic cuisine that elevates the colours of French gastronomy very high: stone fillet, garlic cream and fondue, roasted beef fillet perigordian sauce, pick and mushroom pan or crisp with both chocolates and vanilla ice. Even the MIDI formula, with three or four dishes, is a success. Everything is to be tasted in the dining room with fine old beams, on the terrace or in the flowered garden.

Nous avons attendu trop longtemps pour passer commande et même des gens arrivés après nous étaient déjà servie.
Une cuisine recuite et trop salé.
Ça veux ce donner un genre 3 étoiles dans le service mais c’est pas ça du tout au niveau.
Il y avait une vielle carte de menus à l’extérieur avec écrit changement de carte, mais le vrai changement c’est le tarif de 16 à 25 € pour le premier menu.
Bref nous sommes peut être pas venu le bon jour ?!?!?!?!
