NOTRE-DAME D'ÉVREUX CATHEDRAL
Notre-Dame d’Évreux Cathedral is a veritable catalogue of architectural styles, from Romanesque to Renaissance.
Consecrated to the Virgin Mary since 1076 and the largest church in the département, Évreux Cathedral offers a veritable catalogue of architectural styles from the Romanesque to the Renaissance. The cathedral is home to some of France’s finest stained glass, known for its "Évreux yellow", created between the 13th and 16th centuries. Adjacent to the building, you can visit the Musée d’Art d’Histoire et d’Archéologie d’Évreux, where you can step back in time!
