Located in Cenon, not far from the town hall, the BiB'strot offers home-made bistro cuisine, favouring local products. At lunchtime, two formulas are offered, including a gourmet and affordable sandwich formula. On the menu, the brasserie must-haves: grilled ribeye steak with pepper sauce, duck leg confit with sweet potatoes... Note the presence of a vegan dish every day.
