At La Potinière, homemade is the name of the game. Franck, the chef, knows how to play brilliantly with seasonal produce, spices and flavors to create an inventive local cuisine that's both tasty and friendly. The autumn menu features squash velouté, pan-fried scallops with tuber purée, frogs' legs in persillade, monkfish fillet with bacon and cardamom, pork sauté with paprika, breaded lamb chops with coriander and jus, chocolate mousse, rum baba and seasonal fruits. Superbe établissement au rapport qualité / prix imbattable.
Nous avons opté pour le menu à 29€ et n'avons pas été déçu. De l'entrée au dessert tout était très bien cuisiné et copieux ! Mention spéciale à la souris d'agneau !
Nous reviendrons si notre chemin repasse à Fleury-sur-Andelle !
