A beautiful 18th-century mansion, a former coaching inn, on Verneuil's main square, where Nadine and Alain Simon have created a warm atmosphere and a warm welcome. A wide variety of rooms, from the smallest to comfort rooms for 2, 3 or more people, some with connecting doors, others with walk-in showers. As for the restaurant, it's a Verneuil institution, renowned for its fish and shellfish specialties. Salmon and lobster come from the restaurant's own fish tank.
