On the kitchen side, Chef Hervé offers a menu with South-Western flavours: Landes salad, duck breast, South-Western burger... Every day, the chef puts the spotlight on local cuisine while adding a touch of originality that gives pep to his recipes. A fish drizzled with raspberry sauce, you had to think about that, didn't you? And as for the chocolate mousse with Espelette chilli pepper... We'd almost be asking for more.
