The hostel in all its splendour and its innkeeper happy to receive the gourmet of passage in its half-timbered house. Changing menus over the seasons. A Foie Gras and Lobster menu, a Tasting menu or a Discovery menu… so much choice that will delight your taste buds. Veal rib cooked in Albuféra sauce pot (local reference), crunchy veal risotto and toast of salad langoustines, cassolette lobster cassolette, or icy cannelloni and its burnt cream… An assortment of authentic and tasty dishes. Des plats raffinés et chaud. Une carte des vins bien sympathique. Le personnel très agréable et à l'écoute. Une belle découverte pour notre première venue.

Un lieu très agréable pour un déjeuner à deux ou entre amis. Le repas était fin, équilibré, présenté avec soin. Le dessert n'était pas à la hauteur. Sans intérêt et sans saveur. Dommage, mais c'était à tester.
