A must-visit address in Gisors! Behind the humble white-and-blue façade lies one of the warmest dining rooms in town, with its fireplace and beautiful kitchen. All dishes are home-cooked, using fresh market produce or caught fish, and offer sophisticated flavours such as sea bass with Jerusalem artichoke mousseline, or truffle osso buco with mashed potatoes. As for desserts, the baba-like madeleine and the caramelized parsnip with chocolate ganache and clementine sorbet are sure to please.

Les plats sont bons, seule la mise en bouche laisse a désirer, la cuisson des pommes de terre était trop juste et elles étaient mal taillées (trop grosses)
