The heritage service of the city (not the tourist office) proposes throughout the year guided tours of approximately 45 minutes through the rich heritage of Gisors: The castle (attention, in 2014, these visits take place only in the lower courtyard, the dungeon and the cellars are not accessible for security reasons), the Saint-Gervais-Saint-Protais church or a discovery of the old town centre. In summer, on Saturday evening, the castle's night visits to the lanterns conclude with a tasting of hypocras wine prepared according to the recipes of the Middle Ages.
