ENVIRONMENTAL PARK
The town of Gisors has rehabilitated a former private park, which has been named after Frederick Passy, the Nobel Peace prize in 1901, whose family originated in the city. The origin of this garden, a true green lung, dates back to the th century, where it housed the Couvent Convent. There is a pond, a spawning ground, numerous facilities (children's games, a park, picnic area), but also an exceptional fauna and flora, including two beautiful natural curiosities, paper trees: 2 plane more than centuries, fallen during the storm of 1999, continued their lives on earth, developing their branches at the perpendicular of the trunks, astonishing illustration of the resistance of nature. A place where it is good to live.
