Restaurant with a nice terrace open all year round in the heart of a garden.
This is undoubtedly one of the most pleasant restaurants in the village, thanks to its setting and history. It was in this 1890 inn that American painters came to be inspired by the work of Impressionist master Claude Monet. The establishment, tea room and restaurant, is set in the heart of a garden with an ancient rose garden, where you can stroll before stumbling into an artist's studio with its old-world charm, just a stone's throw from the Claude Monet Foundation and the Musée des Impressionnismes. You can dine indoors, in a highly successful 1900s setting, or on the shady terrace opposite the entrance. Baudy omelette with duck confit, lamb kebab, onion soup or grilled prawns with garlic butter sauce... the choice is vast. A friendly stopover, open all year round, which is rare in Giverny, not to be missed!

Cuisine simple mais bonne et copieuse
Personnel très sympa
J'ai choisi une gratinée crêpe/ fromage .Des frites surgelées soient disant "maison" .Rien d'exceptionnel sinon le prix du plat 24 euros.A éviter........
