Located a few kilometres above Elbeuf, the Manoir des Saules, brick, stone and half-timbered, is a place of enchanting charm. Eight rooms and apartments only, luxuriously decorated, and a walled garden give it an intimate atmosphere. This establishment is the old house of the Bailleul family, becoming a hostel, then grocery and country charcuterie… The owners, Michel and Jean-Paul, create their restaurant in 1988 and then set up a hotel. The table won 1 star at the Red Guide in 2000. The hotel is located in the Relais et Châteaux network in 2006. A very high-end address and rates at the same price.
