A monastery located in Le Bec-Hellouin, where the sisters share their lives between community prayer and work.
The Sainte-Françoise Romaine monastery stands in the middle of the countryside, 2 kilometers from the majestic Bec-Hellouin abbey. Today, the monastery is home to 25 Olivetan Benedictine nuns of all ages, whose lives are divided between prayer and work (mainly candle-making). Reservations are required for spiritual retreats and prayer. Ciergerie available on request.
