This large complex offers several areas dedicated to well-being and the pleasures of water. A children's pool, a 50-meter outdoor pool, a sports pool and a training pool. This is where you can enjoy aquabiking, aquafitness or aquafusion classes taught by professionals. In the relaxation area, you'll find the sauna, solarium and tepidarium, that warm room between the sauna and the ice room, just like in Roman times!

Open all year round. Closed on December 24, 25 and 31, January 1 and May 1. Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, 7:30am to 7:30pm; Tuesday and Friday, 7:30am to 9:30pm; weekends, 9:30am to 5:30pm. Outdoor pool open Monday to Friday, 7.30 a.m. to 8 p.m.; weekends, 9.30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Summer period: opening at 10 a.m. Admission: €7.40 (€6 for residents). Children: €5.90. Family pass: 2 adults + 2 children or 1 adult + 3 children: €21.90. Vacation vouchers. Store.
Owner's Message
Caséo is an aquatic complex for an entire conurbation! Designed around three areas adapted for people with disabilities or pathologies, it is a genuine sports and leisure facility.
Opened on February 28, 2014, the aquatic center covers more than 6,000m2.
AQUATIC AREA
Caséo has a total of 7 pools:
- A 50 m 6-lane outdoor pool, the only one of its kind in the département
- A 25 m 8-lane indoor pool
- A learning pool for activities (aquafitness, baby swimmers, swimming lessons, various activities)
- A fun pool
- A whirlpool bath
- Children's lagoon
- Paddling pool for toddlers

WELLNESS AREA
Caséo has a hammam heated to 45°c, 2 saunas heated to 70°c and 85°c, a halotherapy room, a luminotherapy room, a frigidarium, 2 cold showers, 2 hydro-massage showers, a herbal tea room and a Zen garden.
CARDIO-MUSCULATION AREA
Caséo has a cardio-musculation room with a wide range of equipment for cardiovascular work, including a treadmill, elliptical trainer, rowing machine, spinning bike and numerous weight-training machines to strengthen the whole body.
GROUP FITNESS CLASSES
Caséo has a 100m2 group fitness room. Numerous classes, supervised by qualified coaches, are available 7 days a week, including step, yoga, Pilates, circuit training and indoor cycling.
Caséo offers a wide range of aquatic activities: aquafitness 7 days a week, such as aquabike, aquagym, aquadouce... , baby swimming sessions, learning and perfecting swimming for children and adults.
