Chez Ben, l’épicurien is a hybrid restaurant in Pont-Audemer, offering dishes that are close to gastronomic.
The establishment had been closed since 2017, and so it was with the greatest impatience that this recent mouture, imagined by Ben Moudden, was awaited. Formerly a bistro, the restaurant offers a hybrid catering service, close to gastronomic but more accessible. The challenge has been met, as the dishes are reminiscent of the great Michelin-starred restaurants, with, for example, pan-fried scallops with champagne emulsion, or Normandy-bred entrecôte steak with camembert sauce. A pleasure for the eyes and the taste buds!
