Le Sadi Carnot is without doubt one of Pont-Audemer’s finest restaurants. Driven by a constant desire to innovate and please, Mélanie and Noël welcome you to a warm, contemporary setting and invite you to enjoy a memorable culinary experience. The team works with fresh, local produce, and recently joined the Toques Normandes. The result is an eclectic menu of meat and fish dishes, including the inevitable fillet of sea bream cooked to perfection and the inimitable blanquette de veau revisited in the Sadi Carnot style.

Endroit chaleureux joli déco , service professionnel,les saveurs sont au rendez vous produits frais et régionaux . Des plats qui sortent de l'ordinaire.je recommande cet endroit la serveuse et le chef sont des passionnés et très a l'écoute.

Nous n'avions pas encore eu l'occasion de fréquenter ce restaurant et nous avons été enchanté et surpris un très très bon rapport qualité prix, accueil et service et cadre sympathique une cuisine maison raffinée félicitations au chef un endroit que je recommande vivement???? et réservez c'est plus sûr !
