Le Sadi Carnot is without doubt one of Pont-Audemer’s finest restaurants. Driven by a constant desire to innovate and please, Mélanie and Noël welcome you to a warm, contemporary setting and invite you to enjoy a memorable culinary experience. The team works with fresh, local produce, and recently joined the Toques Normandes. The result is an eclectic menu of meat and fish dishes, including the inevitable fillet of sea bream cooked to perfection and the inimitable blanquette de veau revisited in the Sadi Carnot style.

Le meilleur restaurant de la ville. Une cuisine originale et pleine de découverte. Un service à l’écoute et bien exécuté, tout ça dans un très bel endroit ! Ce restaurant reste et restera mon préféré.

On nous avait conseillé ce restaurant ; absolument validé tant par la cuisine audacieuse (la créme de fenouil, parmesan et olives noires est excellente), le "Fait maison" que par l'ambiance chaleureuse qui y règne. On était comme à la maison...Nous en garderons un très bon souvenir. Merci à ces gens passionnés par leur métier ; les 5 étoiles sont bien méritées.

Un restaurant qui mérite de continuer à monter ... Dîner dans la cour en amoureux ... Le rapport qualité prix est au rendez-vous. Rien a redire également sur le service avec de bon conseils sur la carte et des plats qui arrivent au bon moment. Le patron, qui est le chef cuisinier, est quant à lui très disponible et à l'écoute de sa clientele qu'il limite pour privilégier la qualité ... Pour information, le restaurant fait partie des toques normandes.
