Balade en kayak vraiment génial. L’équipe est gentil et vraiment de bon conseil

Attention
Le balisage du parcours laisse à desirer sur la chute la plus importante d'un des parcours. Un de nos amis en est au second passage aux urgences. Nous avons essayé de communiquer sur ce danger avec le personnel des castors qui visiblement n'est pas à l'écoute du tout.
Un minimum de signalisation visible et clair semble impératif et l'information sur ce risque d'erreur doit être mise en avant lors de la présentation de la vidéo du parcours aux clients.
Bref réaction lamentable de l'équipe.
Nous essayons de penser à la sécurité des futurs participants via cette notation

Très bonne expérience ! Le parcours découverte permet d’observer des coins « secrets » de la ville en toute tranquillité.

We are English speakers and the staff is friendly but speaks little English so the instructions were probably not as complete as it would be for French speakers. We did the 1.5 hour discovery nature route and they let us bring our small dog. The river is very beautiful and we got to see the Normandy countryside. But beware this route is not for newbies. Good thing my boyfriend knew how to canoe because in the beginning it was very hard for me. We were shown a video of the route - it’s very important to remember the turns! Because if you make the wrong turn you could get in serious trouble or if you miss the waterfall you can get hurt. There were cows in the river at one point because the fence broke, luckily they just scared of us when we passed, and the third sign post was down so we had to rely on memory. At the last waterfall we struggled to remember which path to take - good thing there were some kids in the water to tell us!
