Liz and her husband Marine have been hosting you since 2015 in their establishment. Formerly the Who is Louis?, this restaurant offers traditional cuisine in a warm and modern setting. The chef highlights refined dishes and blends flavours. During a meal break, taste samosas with goat cheese and roasted mozzarella with rosemary on a bed of mesclun and cherry tomatoes, a fillet of redfish Sébaste, Provencal sauce and crushed potatoes with olive oil, or a fresh pavlova with seasonal fruits, red fruit coulis, and chantilly cream.
