The lift was indeed out of service, as specified, we are sorry about that. About the check in, depending on the time, our personal sometimes has to be between reception and the bar, when it is less busy.
Concerning the carpets, we were closed for a few weeks to be able to renovate the flooring, as we were aware of that. We hope you will come back and enjoy this restoration!

L'ascenseur était effectivement hors service, comme précisé, nous en sommes désolés. Concernant l'enregistrement, en fonction de l'heure, notre personnel doit parfois se trouver entre la réception et le bar, lorsqu'il est moins fréquenté.
Concernant les moquettes, nous avons été fermés quelques semaines pour pouvoir rénover le revêtement de sol, car nous en étions conscients. Nous espérons que vous reviendrez et apprécierez cette restauration !
