Beekeeper and honey producer, with a human-scale operation, offering honeys with unique tastes every year
Samuel has been raising bees since 2014. Every year, he offers honeys with unique tastes, resulting from the collaboration between bees and the beautiful Normandy region. He works with sedentary hives, with between 16 and 24 hives per apiary, for the well-being of his bees. Depending on the year, he can also harvest mono-floral honey, such as forest, lime, acacia or buckwheat honey. In addition to honey, Samuel is also a producer of queen bees, quality queens available to all beekeepers.
