As for the pleasures of the table, we enjoy a bourgeois and refined cuisine that favours fresh produce. You will find here some specialities of the region but also and especially extremely refined menus composed of surprising and qualitative recipes. The dishes are perfect, luxurious: duck foie gras from the late harvest cooked in a cloth and its fine jelly, fried forest mushrooms and breaded sweetbreads, lobster casserole and mushrooms, lamb mice, veal head, duck breast... And desserts are not to be outdone with, for example, the pan-fried hot quetsches and its almond financier, vanilla ice cream.
