This charming semi-gastronomic restaurant, located just opposite the town hall of Saint-Didier, offers excellent surprises. The framework already. An interior to Normandy, bright and wide, with exposed beams and beautiful stones that incite to tasting. The reception then: smiling, considerate and fast, proof that the house knows how to receive its clients with perfect hospitality. The content, finally (and this is probably the most convincing argument of the Renaissance): various preparations, rich in flavours and presented with delicacy, which sauvignon both traditional soil and modern and evolutionary cuisine. Recommended: fumé smoked mousse mousse salmon, and bowl bowl to the éclats of morels. And these are only the entries, which then leave room for a wide and promising choice. Medallion of foie gras gras. Cut from cod to sancerre. Aiguillettes with honey and soft spices. Veal medallion flavoured with truffle juice. So many creations that celebrate the products of the corner while reserving an unexpected and resolutely modern side with dishes. All with, why not, a prestige prestige of saint-nicolas-de-bourgueil… and happiness will extend you arms! What else? Yes, don't miss the Elizabeth crepe and its spéculoos cream, or profiteroles chocolate and éclats éclats. That would be heresy.
