The Bariton Hotel’s restaurant is a great choice for seasonal and local cuisine, while stimulating the recreational emotions of our taste buds. Apple boudin, barbarnet and sautéed spinach, or vernonnaise cut in the blink of an eye… Let yourself be taken by a gastronomic menu (or bistronomic, as Chef Cyril Falconer nicely puts it!) in a place bathed in sunshine, under the flowers and paintings of small masters and for €31 with three dishes: what is demanded by the people (and the bourgeoisie!)?

Parfait !
Hôtel rénové avec goût et personnel très à l'écoute.
Hôtel très propre et très bonne restauration.
Juste un bémol sur la climatisation....non présente.
