HÔTEL-RESTAURANT LES FORGES
This former Anglo-Norman manor house surrounded by a large park and an ancient metalwork has now turned into a charming small hostellerie. On the ground floor, the restaurant voluntarily plays the map of the contemporary in a very successful harmony of grey and purple tones. On plates, we appreciate creative and careful cuisine: Holy Jacques toast to the turnip and butter of passion; foil from salmon to orange; magret of honey duck, frost jelly, celery and melting apples, and in dessert, feuillantine with cream in a thousand leaves. The quality of the service and the kitchen, as well as the beauty of the framework explain the success of the Forges. You can stay in one of the five rooms in the property.
