AU RESTAURANT DU PHARE
Gregory Fantou is a chef of Breton origin but has been living in Normandy for several years, with undeniable talent. Its restaurant, at the foot of the lighthouse of La Roque, on the banks of the Seine estuary, illustrates this well: love of a job well done, good products, a warm welcome, gourmet and subtle accords. A fine demonstration of its know-how by savouring, for example, its pigeon wings and crusted legs stuffed with foie gras, or its steamed filet de Saint-Pierre and sweet potato purée with chorizo. A welcoming address, close to the Tancarville bridge, to keep close at hand!
